When you choose McBride, all plans will include...
- Meeting with our property manager to create a custom list of key areas you would like inspected, as well as a seasonal opening and closing to-do list.
- Complete documentation and communication through our Buildertrend system so you will have timely access to our findings.

- Management and billing of our trade contractors will be done through McBride so you only have one call to make to manage your home.
- Additional services that can be added at your request and will be billed additionally.
Silver
- Three interior and exterior home inspections will be scheduled from September through May. Additional visits can take place if extreme weather occurs or by homeowner request.
Gold
- Nine interior and exterior home inspections will occur from September through May. Additional visits can take place if extreme weather occurs or by homeowner request.
- One emergency fire alarm or power outage alarm response and coordination.
Platinum
- Eighteen interior and exterior home inspections will occur from September through May. Additional visits can take place if extreme weather occurs or by homeowner request.
- Three emergency fire alarm or power outage alarm response and coordination.
